We were met at Prague International Airport and driven by the scenic route to the New Town
to the Radisson SAS Alcron Hotel which was located around the corner from Wenceslas Square and the Czech National Museum and a short walking distance from the Old Town Square. As we arrived after 5 pm and had to meet our tour director at 6 pm we only had time to settle into our room before the meeting where we received our program for the next three days.
After the meeting we explored Wenceslas Square and surrounding streets and found a lovely little restaurant near the hotel, Kyvadlo Restaurant. which served typical Czech meals such as potato pancakes and stroganoff. We had an early evening to recover from the our long journey.
